We’re celebrating textiles throughout March at the Horry County Museum! Join us on Tuesday, March 3 at 11 a.m. as Certified Quilt Appraiser Brenda Grampsas shares a trunk show featuring quilts and a few garments made from or embellished with vintage/antique linens or lace. This includes doilies, dresser scarves, embroidered pillow cases, hankies, tablecloths and other textile treasures we often inherit. Brenda Grampsas is an American Quilters Society Quilt Appraiser, certified in 2005. Brenda has a lifetime of sewing and quilting experience with a passion for all things quilted. Her experience in teaching the “how to” of quilting extends to adults, children, and teens.
